PLACING ORDER

DELIVERY
Delivery to door service will be done using POSLAJU after one or two days arrangements.
You will be notify and kept updated upon processes, status of your purchase item/s, item arrival and tracking number after delivering process - Customers MUST notify us once you receive your parcel.


PAYMENT
Payment must be done by bank-in.
Prices are in terms of BRUNEI DOLLARS (BND$) and inclusive of shipping fee, tax fee, plus delivery to door service /and bank fee.
Customer MUST confirm your payment by email / inbox your receipt number and time depositing to us.
BAGS & SHOES:
HALF or FULL payment in advance should be made before we proceed with the orders.
*The remaining half of your payment will be made before we deliver your orders at ease without hassle.  
CONTACT LENS:
Payment should be made in FULL in advance to ease your item delivery without hassle.


SHIPMENT
Please be informed that shipment will takes 3-4 weeks or more to arrive - If you're not wiling to wait, please don't place your order(s)! 
Goods are guarantee in good condition and are NO REFUNDABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE once sold after a week of trial.
NO CANCELLATION once order/s are confirm.
Please be informed that stocks may and could run out of stock at the last minute! We will inform buyers for a replacement as soon as possible.
